Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sr. HR Generalist with 6-8 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for developing a high-performing workforce. This role will have a strong focus on talent management while supporting core HR Business Partners in North America. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships, implementing HR best practices, and driving talent strategies that align with business objectives. This role is key link between HR Ops, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and the business in delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle, role modelling our value of customer obsession.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Talent Management:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company for their assigned business groups. This person may provide overflow support to Talent Acquisition during higher volume periods.
- Work with Hiring Managers on Job Description creation, update and review in support of business objectives prior to handing over to Talent Acquisition. Work with internal partners for grading and benchmarking.
- Assist in the talent management process, helping the business leaders monitor and drive performance.
- Support managers in identifying performance issues and developing employee Performance Improvement Plans that align with company goals. Provide coaching to managers in the delivery and management of PIPs.
- Provide training and resources for managers on effectively conducting PIP discussions and follow-up processes.
Employee Development & Retention:
- Assist in the annual performance management programs, including goal setting and employee evaluations.
- Help drive engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs and culture-building activities.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement and support.
- Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on performance management processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
HR Administration:
- Prepare and monitor HR metrics and reports as needed to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for initiating master data changes for supported business groups within the HR Operations process.
Other
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand team dynamics and workforce needs.
- Drive other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Accomplish related results as needed.

QualificationsEducation☒ Education and experience combination:
☒ Bachelor's degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience
