Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Deep knowledge of High-Speed SerDes, PLL, TX, and RX.
• Hands-on experience with 5nm and below process nodes using TSMC, Samsung Foundry, or GlobalFoundries.
• Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Calibre.
• Silicon bring-up and validation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-speed SerDes, including key components like PLL, TX, RX, and CDR circuits.
• Execute transistor-level design, simulation, verification, and silicon debug tasks.
• Optimize designs focusing on power efficiency, performance metrics, jitter, and area.
• Work collaboratively with layout, digital, validation, and system engineering teams.
