The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key architect of our commercial success. Your analytical expertise will help us optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies for our award-winning fleet. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you’ll ensure that every voyage is not only unforgettable for our guests but also maximizes revenue potential—fueling our ability to deliver exceptional experiences across the globe.
What You'll Do
Analyze booking curves, demand patterns, and market dynamics to develop optimal pricing and inventory allocation strategies for Oceania’s itineraries.
Build and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve or exceed targets.
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, including weekly updates on forecast variances, trends, and competitive positioning.
Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports to monitor revenue trends, pricing effectiveness, and booking behavior.
Develop and refine analytical models to measure the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and market shifts.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to anticipate market movements and adjust strategies proactively.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with corporate financial goals.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in revenue management, financial planning, or business analytics—hospitality, cruise, or travel industry experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI/ Power Pivot) for data visualization and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing high-level decision-making.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
