Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance to play a key role in evaluating, executing, and integrating strategic investments and acquisitions, partnering with business leaders to assess opportunities and drive inorganic value. This role works closely with the Product, Commercial, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Strategy and Business Development (CSBD) teams to:
- Support evaluation of growth investments and strategic opportunities
- Contribute to M&A diligence and synergy development
- Deliver high-quality long-range financial planning and performance insights for the segment

What You'll Do:Your daily responsibilities may change depending upon business needs, but you can expect the following:
Strategic Investment Analysis:
- Support financial evaluation of acquisition targets and strategic investments for the segment
- Analyze standalone financials of target companies to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies
- Build and update financial models (e.g., operating models, scenario and sensitivity analyses) to support deal evaluation
- Assess and recommend adjustments to seller financial models (e.g., revenue quality, cost structure, EBITDA normalization)
- Partner with Corporate Development and CMM business leaders to develop synergy cases, including:
- Revenue synergies (cross-sell, pricing, network expansion)
- Cost synergies (G&A efficiencies, platform leverage)
- Support diligence processes, including data room review, Q&A, and synthesis of findings
- Translate diligence findings into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Support post-close integration planning and execution, partnering with business leaders to track synergy realization, monitor performance against deal assumptions, and identify risks to value delivery
Business Partnership & Strategic Insights:
- Translate complex financial, operational, and market data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and executive decision-making
- Support acquisition integration and value realization efforts by tracking performance against deal assumptions, monitoring synergies, and identifying actions to improve outcomes
- Contribute to materials used for senior leadership reviews and investment discussions
Basic Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience, and typically requires 7+ years of relative experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking or related roles
- Experience with financial and business case modeling, with the ability to analyze and identify trends and provide recommendations for actions
- Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills, and experience with planning tools (e.g. SAC)
