  • Collaborate with global procurement and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) operations to develop streamlined, automated reporting templates that reduce administrative burdens.
  • Provide critical analytical support to help teams achieve Mauser Earnings Initiatives Projects (EIP) goals, driving global cost optimization and business process integration.

Financial Planning, Analysis & Corporate Reporting
  • P&L Variance Analysis: Review and interpret monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements across strategic business units to identify, quantify, and explain variances driven by material price fluctuations, freight volatility, and operational shifts.
  • Prepare internal management reporting and analysis to support daily operational decision-making, executive leadership, and Board of Directors presentations.
  • Lead the development of budgets, financial forecasts, planning models, and monthly inflation data consolidation.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate monthly financial results from multiple business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate finance teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly results decks for distribution to executive management and the Board of Directors.
