Summary/objective

The Sr Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team with the primary responsibility to drive the budget and forecast process for the organization. Additionally, the Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading various analytical projects related to the company's finances and resource allocation and may also provide support to the Sales and Accounting teams as required.

Essential functions
  • Assist with the budget and forecast process for the company. Work with department leaders to develop and update an expense plan for the year.
  • Provide updates on the company's current financial standing as it relates to the board approved budget.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis around key business initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis related to individual customer profitability to highlight areas of potential gains in efficiency.
  • Analyze internal resource allocation and report to key stakeholders on trends/insights.
  • Analyze KPIs and creating executive level reporting packages
  • Provide support to Sales and other teams as required
  • Other ad-hoc analysis
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

Work environment

This role will be based out of our corporate Las Vegas office which enjoys a hybrid work experience

Required education and experience:
