Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities for this position entail preparing data analytics to monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, cash flow forecast and working capital, support data mining initiatives and prepare reports and providing insights to leadership. This role will be presenting dashboards and reports to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvements initiatives. Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline GBS processes and ensure data completeness and accuracy. This role will also require domestic and international cross-functional finance and operations collaboration and the ability to partner with external professionals. Candidates must be detail oriented, highly organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and perform advanced dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Excel.
  • Analyze large dataset from multiple sources and ERPs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform periodic analysis and reports for the GBS KPIs reporting to leadership and business with comments and insights of the operational performance and action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and redefine performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly cash forecast for North America entities and consolidate the Americas region cash forecast providing performance analytics and variance comments to leadership and Corporate.
  • Analyze working capital components to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to working capital improvements.
  • Prepare periodic presentations and reports to leadership summarizing performance insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • An organized and proficient individual with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, managers, peers, customers, and external professionals at all levels
  • Ability to take initiative to when errors or questions arise
  • Strong presentation skill and significant exposure to senior leadership level
  • Demonstrate strong process/internal controls, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent data analytics skills and ability to organize high volume of data from multiple sources
  • High level of proficiency in data analytics tools including Tableau and Microsoft Excel or similar
  • Knowledge/experience with ERP systems (Oracle eBS & HFM preferred) and data modeling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paces environment

  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
  • Typical office environment
  • May need to work holidays, occasional evenings, or weekends to maintain an expected performance level.

Experience:
  • 5+ years in financial analysis, shared services, or GBS environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, with a concentration in Oracle preferred
  • Experience with FP&A and Operations Finance a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related fields is required.


For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $83,458.00 and $111,277.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
