Job Description:

This senior finance manager role will be part of the larger Pet Nutrition North America FP&A team and serves as a partner to the Turnaround Office, supporting the translation of transformation initiatives into robust financial outcomes and ensuring disciplined tracking of value delivery across the portfolio. This role works closely with the Finance leadership, TO Program Managers, initiative owners, and Finance to establish financial rigor, challenge assumptions, and provide clear visibility into performance against targets. Ultimately bringing together in a strategic long-term plan.

Acting as a central point of coordination for value tracking, planning and financial insights, the role ensures rigor in business case development, monitors delivery against plan, connection back to the longer-term strategic plan and supports leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions to maximize impact across the transformation.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field required
  • 7-10 years business planning and forecasting experience
  • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Broad understanding of different areas of the business, key drivers and performance metrics
  • Comfort with diving into ambiguous business questions to understand key issues and structure analytical path using digital tools
  • Experience supporting financial planning, business case development, and performance tracking in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and value realization
  • Experience translating operational initiatives into financial impact, including defining KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and measurement approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience identifying and diagnosing performance gaps and supporting development of mitigation actions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Finance, transformation teams, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to translate financial insights into clear, concise messages for senior stakeholders
  • Experience in high priority, cross-functional transformation, strategy, or program environments preferred


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Partner with the global and NA Turnaround Office, Finance, and workstreams to establish and maintain robust value tracking across the transformation portfolio, including standardized approaches to business case development, baseline setting, and value capture confirmation
  • Support development and validation of business cases for initiatives, ensuring assumptions are grounded, risks are flagged, and alignment with financial and strategic objectives is clear
  • Work with initiative owners to translate business cases into trackable financial metrics, ensuring clear linkage between actions, milestones, and value outcomes
  • Track actual performance against plan across initiatives, including benefits delivery, costs, and investment, and provide regular reporting and insights on variances
  • Identify gaps between forecasted and actual performance, conduct root cause analyses, and support development of mitigation actions to close value delivery gaps
  • Provide transparency to the Turnaround Lead and senior stakeholders on value delivery risk
  • Partner with TO Program Managers and workstreams to ensure financial considerations are embedded into day-to-day execution, including prioritization, trade-offs, and resource allocation decisions
  • Support prioritization and funding discussions by providing financial insights, scenario analysis, and clear articulation of trade-offs across initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between transformation value tracking and broader financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting), working closely with Finance to maintain consistency
  • Contribute to development and continuous improvement of value tracking tools, templates, and ways of working across the transformation
  • Partner with Finance leadership to refresh long-term strategic plan
  • Ad hoc projects with CFO and FP&A Sr. Director
