Responsibilities
Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for being an objective and strategic financial partner, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive timely, relevant, flexible and efficient financial planning and analysis that supports our key business objectives and decisions.
The
Senior Manager of FP&A will partner directly with Customer Direct cross functional teams, Corporate FP&A, and Marketing to drive and measure key financial metrics, demand generation, and pricing strategy.
The successful candidate will possess strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the Company and across multiple functional areas. Strong collaboration skills are critical, with the ability to participate, influence, and mobilize cross functional teams to deliver financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial leadership, P&L management, decision and strategy support for our organization across various lines of business
- Assists in key strategic review of Customer Direct price structure helping guide overall pricing strategy to drive profitability through customer value and retention
- Customer Direct Finance leader and key oversight of Dispensers sales and P&L
- Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-making around strategic business initiatives
- Analyzes performance to plan/forecast/prior year and recommends appropriate actions to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Develops financial models, forecasts, proposals, presentations and performance measures providing confidence to Customer Direct leadership surrounding business actions
Qualifications
Key skills and Qualifications- BA/BS required. MBA preferred
- 5+ Years of Progressive experience in FP&A, strategy, or pricing
- Candidate must demonstrate high integrity, intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and comfort with challenging/presenting ideas to the management team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively partner with functions across the company
- Strong analytical and strategic skills. Able to synthesize impactful insights from large data sets, and ability to communicate/influence senior leadership
- Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines
- Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done-done-done, and commitment to challenging the status-quo to make things better.
- Expertise in Excel, financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis
