This is a field-based role available in all states within the United States. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply.

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will support clinical research enrollment, site engagement, and investigational procedures across assigned study sites.

  • Serve as a technology, protocol, and clinical procedure expert for V-Wave stakeholders, physicians, and site research personnel.

  • Provide clinical and technical support for investigational cases, including device preparation and procedural use.

  • Train and educate physicians, site staff, and other clinical team members as required on the protocol, implant procedure, disease state, and investigational products.

  • Build strong relationships with investigators and site personnel; assess, qualify, and support sites in alignment with study requirements.

  • Support study start-up, enrollment strategies, issue resolution, site performance, and communication between clinical sites and V-Wave study teams.

  • Partner with Clinical Scientists and cross-functional teams to support protocols, source documentation, work instructions, recruitment materials, product training, and key projects.

  • Share best practices and provide feedback to strengthen clinical trial execution, patient safety, and study goal achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, nursing, biological sciences, a related field, or equivalent cardiology certification.

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of clinical field-based experience with cardiovascular products and technologies.

  • Cardiology experience required, including Cath Lab, CVOR, EP, or related settings; previous cardiac imaging experience required.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment and engage others to ensure priorities are negotiated to deliver projects in a timely manner.

  • Advanced communication, presentation, influencing, organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external cross-functional stakeholders at various levels.

  • Previous experience leading projects and leading and/or mentoring teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 75%; efforts will be made to optimize travel schedules based on location, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$117,000.00 - $201,250.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
