This is a hands-on role to conceptualize and deliver highly complex human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be able to the understand the goal, deliver solutions, and provide solid defendable insights.

With proven delivery skills, a strong knowledge of the craft and ability to challenge assumptions, you will be pro-active in offering solutions and recommendations. You will lead efforts with a strong ability to articulate ideas with relevance to partners and may oversee small projects and/or junior talent. As a member of a larger team, you will support and contribute to our design culture by participating and leading events and supporting initiatives that further Design within the organization.

We're seeking a UX Designer to help shape and modernize customer-facing digital experiences across our web and digital channels. This role blends UX design, visual design, information architecture, content strategy, analytics, and digital optimization to create intuitive, engaging experiences that help customers discover, understand, and act on the products and services that matter most to them.

The ideal candidate has experience designing large-scale websites, digital storefronts, or marketing experiences and understands how customer needs, business goals, content strategy, and digital best practices come together to create effective experiences. They are comfortable working across the entire design process, from identifying opportunities and shaping experiences to delivering polished solutions and measuring outcomes.

  • Apply digital best practices, including content strategy, discoverability, SEO, and emerging search experiences, to improve engagement and performance.
  • Contribute to and leverage enterprise design systems, visual language standards, and UX best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile planning, stakeholder reviews, design critiques, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
  • Partner with developers to ensure quality implementation and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience partnering with marketing, content strategy, product, or digital optimization teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, AI-powered search experiences, and content discoverability best practices.
  • Experience working within enterprise design systems and component-based design frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services or other complex, highly regulated industries.
