Sr. Executive Assistant - Supporting CMO + GTM Leaders

WEKA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for our leadership team, to provide comprehensive support to our executives at WEKA. This role demands a meticulous attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who is adept at prioritizing tasks and managing communications across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
