- Performance Appraisals and Salary Reviews for assigned Estimators I & II
CSP's and Hard Bids:
- Preparation of Spec Section Matrix
- Preparation of Call List
- Recruitment of Sub/Vendor Bidders
- Quantity takeoff for all trades
- Project specific scope for all trades and Tab sheets
- Preparation of Google Sheet Sum Form
- Bid Day Room setup
- Prepare first pass at General Conditions Estimate
- Tabulate portion of trades on Bid Day
CM@ Risk Projects:
- Preparation of Project-specific Bid Tabs to publish bidders
- Conduct Pre-Bid Conference
- Preparation of Pogue Self-performance Estimate
- Participation in Bid Day prep and presentation to Owner
- Scope verification conversations with Bidders post-Bid Day
- Compilation of all portions final GMP pricing booklet
- Coordination with Field Ops to present the GMP to the Owner
- Final turnover of Field Ops for construction
Conceptual Estimating:
- Adaption of the above CSP and CMAR techniques to price scope implied but not shown

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree
- 8-15 years verifiable experience on the Contractor side as a commercial Estimator
- 4+ Years average tenure at each prior employer
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of DFW and/or HOU Markets
- K-12 Experience preferred
- Experience in Project Management role preferred
