Full Job Description
The Impact You Will Make

Support the coordination and scheduling of preventive maintenance, work orders, and third-party services. Maintain accurate records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and assist in tracking maintenance activities to support efficient and compliant plant operations.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities and work orders for assigned production areas in alignment with established priorities and guidance from management.
  • Utilize the CMMS to enter, track, and maintain maintenance work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Support the planning and scheduling process by preparing work orders, verifying parts availability, and assisting with maintenance readiness.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to support service requests, including scheduling, purchase order initiation, and follow-up on completion.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and generate routine reports on work order status, equipment downtime, and performance metrics.
  • Follow established procedures to support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), environmental, and safety standards.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, updates, and issues to supervisors and management, escalating concerns that may impact operations.
  • Maintain CMMS data integrity, including updates to equipment records and asset changes, as directed.
  • Assist with parts pre-kitting and organization of materials required for preventive maintenance activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CMMS-related questions and provide basic user support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
