Job Description:Job SummaryE+ES currently has an opening for a
Power Electronics EOL Test & Validation Senior Engineer. This position is located in Mossville, Illinois with responsibility for the production manufacturing EOL (End of Line) test of Power Electronics product lines. The incumbent will report to the E+ES Power Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will partner with and provide technical EOL testing guidance to global engineering and supplier partner teams. You will lead the planning and delivery of complex projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, and drive collaboration in a cross functional environment.

What You Will Do:• Implements and improves testing, development and validation techniques, processes, tooling and machinery to maximize product quality.
• Resolving issues regarding the design or manufacturing. Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Planning and improving testing procedures and operations to make the test more reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
• Monitoring results, machine and process capabilities and performance reliability.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum or equivalent experience working in an Engineering function.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.

Top Candidates Will Have: - Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in an Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering/Technology curriculum OR extensive related experience in lieu of a degree.
