Shape the Future of Telecom Infrastructure: We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, analysis, testing, and commercialization of telecommunications components, mounting systems, and new products. This role combines structural/mechanical engineering, product development, FEA, manufacturing, and customer-focused engineering to deliver innovative, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.
Scope of Responsibility: The Senior Engineer will lead the design, analysis, testing, validation, and manufacturability of products including antenna mounts, equipment brackets, pole mounts, sector frames, platforms, rooftop and wall mounts, structural assemblies, small cell products, and custom telecommunications hardware.
The role will translate customer and market requirements into practical product solutions while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Sales, Operations, vendors, and field teams.

Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• PE license or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred.
• Eligible and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
