Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong experience leading healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, or industrial projects
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and business development skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support successful project delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical engineering projects from planning through construction completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight across project teams
• Oversee construction documents, RFIs, and construction administration activities
• Support business development efforts including proposals and client development
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability
