Job DescriptionTCS is searching for a Sr. Network Engineer for an exciting role based in Huntsville, AL. This role will be supporting/leading a cutting edge new project supporting our client a leader in U.S. defense technologies.
These positions require US citizenship, an existing DoD clearance (Top Secret or higher), and on-site work at a facility in Huntsville, Alabama (telework is not available).
Required:- 9+ Years with bachelor's degree or; 7 Years with master's degree or; 4 Years with PhD.
- Must have a DoD 8140 certification (ex: Security + CE)
- U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance
- Previous support of govt contracts
- Active Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.
Desired:
- Experience with Cisco Networks with a focus on Network configuration
- Experience with RHEL, Red Hat Satellite servers and configuration
- Experience with VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter
- Experience with LAN and WAN management
- Palo Alto firewall experience
- Familiarity with Network Technologies and Cybersecurity
- Strong systems administrator experience, specifically in Linux Operating System environments
