Overview

We’reseeking a visionary Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide hiring strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and executive search. This leader will build and mentor a high-performing TA team, design scalable processes, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership ensuring the organization attracts and secures top-tier talent across all disciplines.

This is a high-impact executive role where your vision and ability to execute will directly shape organizational growth and capability.

This role is based in our downtown Nashville,TN Corporate office and adheres to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly).

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute company-wide talent acquisition plans that align with current and future workforce needs
  • Lead collaborative workforce planning initiatives with HR and business unit leaders
  • Provide labor market intelligence and proactive strategic counsel to senior leadership

Team Leadership

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on service excellence, execution, and measurable outcomes
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the talent function
  • Lead executive and specialized recruitment efforts with discretion and a high degree of precision

Operations & Technology

  • Design and implement scalable, data-driven recruitment processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Oversee ATS optimization, hiring manager enablement, and a best-in-class end-to-end candidate experience

Employer Brand & Partnerships

  • Strengthen and champion the employer brand through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and industry events
  • Cultivate relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry groups to build robust talent pipelines
Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor27s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling TA functions in high-growth, globalenvironments
  • Deepexpertisein workforce planning, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
