Sr Lead Solution ArchitectThe Senior Principal Systems Architect job oversees the development of multiple types and categories of technical architecture and operating systems for running end user applications. While recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results, this job develops and implements new products, processes, standards and operational plans that directly impact the organization. This job is a recognized subject matter master in information systems architecture.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
- Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures
- Approves technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
- Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
- Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
- Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define "blueprint" for technical architecture to support mission needs.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred

- 5+ years of architecture experience.
- Experience connecting AI capabilities into existing ecosytstem.

Preferred Skills:- Experience with responsible AI and AI use case prioritization.
- Experience assessing emerging AI technologies and driving adoption.
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
