REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR DIRECTOR MANUFACTURING MODERN ORAL

The Senior Director, Modern Oral Manufacturing is accountable for the end-to-end manufacturing performance of the Modern Oral category across two manufacturing sites. This role leads production, engineering, quality, safety, and continuous improvement activities to deliver business objectives while supporting category growth and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Own end-to-end manufacturing performance for the Modern Oral category across two sites.
  • Deliver results in safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Lead execution of growth, capacity, and operational readiness plans to support business demand.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across sites.
  • Build organizational capability through leadership development, succession planning, and workforce readiness
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to align manufacturing execution with business priorities.
