Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
Must have 10-15+ years of IT or Enterprise Applications experience with significant exposure to FP&A Systems and Finance Technology.
Must have 5+ years leading enterprise FP&A Systems, Finance Applications, or Enterprise Technology organizations.
Must have proven success leading large-scale global transformation, standardization, or modernization initiatives.

The Sr. Director - FP&A Systems will lead the enterprise strategy, modernization, governance, and delivery of Marvell's global FP&A technology ecosystem while driving next-generation AI-enabled Finance transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Executive Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, PMO, Security, and Infrastructure teams to modernize enterprise planning capabilities, implement AI-driven forecasting and analytics, optimize enterprise platforms, and lead high-performing global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise FP&A Systems strategy.
Own the multi-year FP&A technology roadmap.
Lead enterprise GenAI transformation across Finance.
Drive predictive forecasting and scenario planning initiatives.
Modernize OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP platforms.
Lead enterprise-wide Finance transformation programs.
Establish governance, delivery standards, and operational best practices.
Build and lead global FP&A Systems teams.
Partner with Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
Oversee enterprise portfolio delivery and executive reporting.
Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, and technology investments.
Drive AI governance and responsible AI adoption.
Collaborate across IT, PMO, HR, Security, Infrastructure, Legal, and Finance organizations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
10-15+ years of IT or Enterprise Applications experience.
5+ years leading FP&A Systems or Enterprise Finance Technology organizations.
Experience leading large global transformation programs.
Strong FP&A Systems experience.
Experience with Enterprise Finance Platforms.
OneStream experience preferred.
ERP integration experience.
Power BI experience.
Databricks experience.
Enterprise API and middleware integration knowledge.
