The Senior Director – Delivery is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving customer success. This role combines strong program/project management expertise with leadership in resource planning, recruitment, presales support, and innovation initiatives including AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
  • Own and drive the successful execution of complex, large-scale programs and projects across multiple clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Program & Project Management
  • Provide hands-on leadership and oversight for delivery teams.
  • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Champion agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions, status reviews, and steering committees.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
Presales & Business Development Support
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams in presales activities, including:
    • Solution design and delivery approach definition
    • Effort estimation and resourcing models
    • Proposal development and client presentations
  • Provide thought leadership and domain expertise to help win new business.
AI & Innovation Initiatives
  • Support and contribute to AI-related projects, including automation and data-driven solutions.

  • 15+ years of experience in project/program management and delivery leadership.
