Summary of the Job:

The Sr. Director, Analytics and Data is a finance role responsible for elevating financial analysis and data usage across the Partner Division. This role bridges deep analytical expertise with a data skillset, serving as a key advisor to division leadership on portfolio performance and complex analytical projects that influence business decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced financial analytical capabilities, fluent data manipulation and modeling skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while leading analytical projects and communicating results across multiple functional areas.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the division expert on financial analytics and data modeling, designing analytical frameworks, metrics, and methodologies that support portfolio management, forecasting, strategic planning, and executive decision-making
• Lead data-driven analyses that provide insights into the Partner business line performance trends, enhance decision-making, and support long-term business planning
• Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives to identify revenue growth and efficiency opportunities
• Present decision-ready financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, anticipating questions and focusing on what matters
• Build strong collaborative, trust-based relationships across the division to drive business outcomes and allow for credible challenge of assumptions with business leaders
• Leverage internal and external data to frame decisions and quantify trade-offs
• Lead the development of advanced analytical solutions that integrate financial, operational, credit, and customer data to uncover opportunities, assess risk, and improve business performance.
• Lead the modernization and automation of Finance data and analytics capabilities leveraging technologies available to improve efficiency and scalability

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in translating business questions into data solutions, leveraging financial, operational, and customer information to drive measurable outcomes
• Recognized subject matter expert who provides guidance to senior leaders and analytical teams on complex financial and data-related issues
• Ability to distinguish between data, analysis and actionable business insight to support strategy through execution
• Ability to design and validate complex financial models, predictive analyses, and scenario planning tools used for strategic decision-making
• Strong change-management skills and the ability to drive adoption of new data
• Deep expertise in financial data structures, analytical methodologies, and large-scale data environments
• Strong mentorship and collaboration skills

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in financial services or complex multi-unit environment
• Experience in leadership roles with proven success in senior business partnership roles
• Advanced experience working with large-scale financial and operational data environments, including data modeling, data transformation, and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Python, SQL, or comparable technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical initiatives that require the integration of multiple data sources, sophisticated modeling techniques, and executive-level interpretation
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Experience with installment lending or consumer credit products preferred

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $144,269.00-$245,257.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
