  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model improvements
  • Lead the optimization and transformation of ADP (HCM), improving workflows, data integrity, reporting, and user experience
  • Modernize HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, talent, performance, employee experience)
  • Build scalable infrastructure, governance, and operating rhythms across HR
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and drive accountability
  • Identify root causes of organizational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, and IT to execute key priorities

What Success Looks Like
  • A strong, scalable Talent Acquisition and HR function aligned to business needs
  • A fully optimized and user-friendly ADP platform supporting better workflows, reporting, and decision-making
  • Clear structure, accountability, and execution across HR initiatives
  • Improved hiring, onboarding, and people processes that support growth
  • A more modern, efficient, and data-driven People function

What We're Looking For
