About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Digital Experience Manager to join our Digital eCommerce team. This individual will lead the day-to-day execution of digital content, site merchandising updates, campaign publishing, and analytics across ecommerce platforms while identifying opportunities to optimize processes and elevate customer experience. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable executing and analyzing-using data to evaluate performance, diagnose root causes, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that drive conversion, engagement, and operational excellence. This individual will be a proactive data-driven self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership from concept through execution while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong CMS execution capabilities with analytical rigor, ensuring content is launched accurately, quickly, and in alignment with business goals, customer experience standards, SEO best practices, and conversion optimization initiatives.

This role is critical to enabling a fast-moving ecommerce organization by improving operational efficiency, accelerating campaign deployment, and supporting data-informed site optimization.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

CMS & Site Execution
• Own day-to-day execution within the CMS across homepage, landing pages, promotional content, navigation, and campaign experiences.
• Build and publish pages using modular CMS components and approved templates.
• Execute site refreshes, seasonal campaigns, promotional updates, and merchandising changes across desktop and mobile experiences.
• Maintain content scheduling, publishing calendars, and launch readiness.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand, UX, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate emergency updates and high priority launch as needed.

Site Merchandising Support
• Partner with Ecommerce Merchandising teams to execute category, product, and promotional strategies.
• Support occasion-based storytelling and campaign launches across key business initiatives.
• Optimize content placement and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
• Assist in homepage sequencing, featured product placements, and promotional prioritization.

Analytics & Reporting
• Validate tagging, event tracking, campaign attribution, and QA processes.
• Measure and diagnose performance metrics that lead to recommendations including:

o Conversion

o Revenue per visitor

o Bounce rate

o Engagement

o Funnel performance

o Homepage/PDP/PLP interaction
• Accountable for reporting and insights related to campaign performance and site optimization efforts.
• Partner with Analytics and Product teams to support A/B testing execution and reporting readiness.

QA & Operational Governance
• Conduct pre- and post-launch QA across devices and browsers.
• Validate links, tracking, personalization logic, and responsive behavior.
• Maintain CMS governance standards, workflows, and SOP documentation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Help manage publishing workflows, approvals, and escalation processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with:

o Ecommerce Merchandising

o Marketing & Marketing Strategy

o Creative

o Product

o UX

o Engineering

o Analytics
• Coordinate launch timelines and ensure alignment across teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams during campaign execution.

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, CMS operations or site operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or another related field preferred.
• Experience working within enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Bloomreach, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and conversion optimization.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as:

o GA4

o Power BI

o Looker Studio

o Tableau
• Data analytics: reporting and business analysis
• Strong QA and operational execution skills
• Strong Excell skills
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
• Highly detail-oriented
• Proactive in identifying execution gaps

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $116,000 - $135,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $170,000. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
