This is a senior individual contributor role. We're ideally looking for someone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but we're open to remote for the right candidate - with the expectation of occasional in-person collaboration.
What You'll Do- Own the end-to-end execution of A/B tests and personalization campaigns across Solo Brands' e-commerce properties
- Act as the first responder for high-priority, time-sensitive front-end requests - including executive-driven initiatives that need to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Partner closely with the UX Team to translate concepts into clear, dev-ready requirements for the engineering team
- Implement front-end solutions directly when speed demands it - you're not just an architect, you build
- Architect and maintain our experimentation and personalization framework, establishing best practices, governance, and a test-and-learn culture
- Use data to inform solution design, define success metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the customer journey
- Ensure page speed, usability, and accessibility are foundational to every solution - not afterthoughts
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and integrations that improve experimentation velocity and personalization capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, CX, marketing, and product stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to technical discovery and scoping for larger digital initiatives
What You BringRequired
- Deep front-end development expertise - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React; you can build and ship production-quality UI without a net
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms - you've run experiments end-to-end, not just watched them
- Strong understanding of e-commerce environments, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with or directing development teams, including writing clear technical requirements
- A data-driven mindset - you use analytics and performance data to guide decisions and measure outcomes, not just gut instinct
- Demonstrated commitment to web performance and accessibility standards (Core Web Vitals, WCAG) as a baseline, not a checkbox
- Comfort operating in ambiguity - you can take a rough executive idea on a Tuesday and have a working prototype by Thursday
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of equivalent experience without a degree
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- js experience
- Back-end or database development experience
- Familiarity with headless or composable commerce architectures
- Experience working within a multi-brand or enterprise DTC environment
- Background in both technical implementation and strategic experimentation roadmapping
You Might Be a Fit If You...- Have been the person your team calls when something needs to go live now
- Can context-switch between writing a PRD and pushing a React fix in the same afternoon
- Think about experimentation as a discipline, not just a tactic
- Care deeply about how usable and how accessible your work is - every time, not just when someone asks
- Thrive indipendently and operate as a true owner
