Senior Digital Consulting Analyst

How you'll create opportunities in this role: The Senior Digital Consulting Analyst partners with clients and internal teams to assess digital transformation opportunities and help translate them into actionable plans. This role brings strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across data, analytics, and broader digital capabilities. The Senior Digital Consulting Analyst leads defined engagement workstreams, facilitates discovery and assessment activities, develops client-ready deliverables, and helps connect strategy recommendations to implementation opportunities. Most importantly, this role builds trust with client stakeholders while uncovering the necessary business and technical requirements to support practical implementation roadmaps.

Essential Job Functions
  • Embody Impeccable Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service through high-quality engagement execution and proactive collaboration in both in-person and remote environments.
  • Lead Workstream Delivery: Manage project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination to ensure quality execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitate Assessments and Analysis: Support interviews, current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and analysis to identify opportunities related to data, analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Develop Actionable Roadmaps: Translate business and technical findings into practical recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Support Business Development: Contribute to proposals, scoping, client presentations, and follow-on opportunity development tied to Strategic Consulting Services engagements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Digital specialists, Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs), growth team members, and CLA non-Digital family members to support integrated solutions and successful client outcomes.


Outcomes and KPIs
  • Support 30 SCS engagements in a calendar year
  • Maintain 75% realization (excluding expenses) on SCS engagements


Experience
  • 4 Years' experience required. 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, management consulting, data analytics, digital transformation, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Data and Analytics with a consulting firm.
  • Experience developing and delivering data and analytics assessments, roadmaps, or strategy recommendations across clients.
  • Understanding of various data platforms, tools and cloud capabilities available to support data modernization.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation through data, analytics, cybersecurity, and AI
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to follow-on opportunities


Education

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science is preferred.

Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent travel to/from non-local client sites and may require overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
