Full Job Description
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Sr Developer - Power Platform for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will develop and support enterprise technology solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, automation, analytics, and AI. The role will translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications of the Senior Developer - Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development, systems testing, or a related IT discipline.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD deployment practices.
  • Experience establishing application governance, security controls, and development standards.
  • Strong application development, systems analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Senior Developer - Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric:
  • Experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Platform Administration, and Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, DP-600, or AZ-204.

Responsibilities of the Senior Developer - Power Platform / Microsoft Fabric:
  • Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build applications, automated workflows, analytics, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI.
  • Design data integration and analytics solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Evaluate complex requirements, recommend technical approaches, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle while supporting CI/CD, governance, security, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Work Location: Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, plus additional onsite work as needed. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM in Columbia, SC.
