Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• PE License required
• 8+ years of experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of system design for HVAC, fire suppression, and plumbing
• Ability to interpret complex mechanical and plumbing plans
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey technical information
• Proficient with CADD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering for new and rehabilitative projects
• Conduct conceptual designs for specific projects
• Act as design professional in project team meetings
• Prepare preliminary redline design layouts for estimates
• Execute complex calculations for project specifications
• Inspect sites for compliance and resolve design issues during construction
• Supervise junior engineers in system design and documentation
