About the role

The Integration Data Lead oversees data design, movement, and integrity across integrations connecting the Majesco platform, VB data sources, and Trustmark's enterprise systems. The role ensures that all data exchanged across policy-lifecycle systems is accurate, governed, traceable, and aligned with system-of-record decisions, supporting phased rollouts, dual-run operations, and frequent releases. Acting as a player-coach, the lead partners with Integration Leads, Solution Architects, Majesco teams, and source-system owners to enable reconciliation, cutover readiness, and reliable downstream reporting. Manage reconciliation between systems through field-level comparisons, balancing, exception reporting, and root-cause analysis. The role ensures that integration feeds fully support downstream consumers such as data-warehouse environments, operational reporting, and regulatory or financial reporting. The position will leverage your years of enterprise data experience, strong background with insurance or benefits platforms, and proven leadership in data migration and platform transitions. Key technical strengths include data modeling, integration-pattern expertise across APIs, events, files, and batch processes, SQL-based reconciliation and validation, and experience working with integration platforms and API gateways.
Responsible for the strategic interface between IT and one or more Domains. Collaborates with assigned business unit(s) to assess information technology needs, define requirements, and develop solutions. Understands business unit operations and identifies opportunities to leverage technology to increase efficiency or effectiveness. Develops short- and long-term technology roadmaps based on anticipated changes to business unit operations. Serves as a single point of contact for the business unit(s); receives requests or inquiries, triages and prioritizes initiatives, develops business cases, and represents unit interests to senior IT leadership. Oversees the delivery of IT solutions to ensure that needs are met.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic consulting, support and guidance regarding key IT initiatives.
  • Ensures requirements are well-defined and delivery plans are aligned to established architectural and engineering standards in partnership with IT domain leaders.
  • Owns end-to-end SDLC delivery governance, orchestration, and outcomes.
  • Provides oversight of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) in SAFe framework.
  • Communicates decisions, priorities and project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact advisor for IT Executives. Advises in delivering products and services to value all business partners. Provides strong oversight of SI partners to ensure adherence to established architecture standards.
  • Leads release planning and cutover readiness for solution releases.
  • Plays a lead role in enabling business goal achievement through the effective use of technology and facilitates business changes through technology.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 - 8 years of related experience


The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$113,008.00 - $209,872.00 per year

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
