About the Role:

As a CBRE Data Analytics Sr. Manager, you will lead a team responsible for conducting advanced data

analysis and reporting to drive business decisions and improve organizational performance. This person will need to be onsite in San Antonio.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to design, develop, and implement data-driven
  • solutions
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze
  • complex data sets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to
  • address them
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations
  • to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and
  • integrity
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data
  • science, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data
  • visualization tools
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating complex data
  • insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data-
  • driven solutions
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
