Sr Data Analyst
A Senior Data Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring that business objectives are met through effective solutions.

Your Responsibilities on the Team - Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting requirements and specifications.
- Lead the design, creation, testing, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and organize meetings and deliverables.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.
Requirements- Must have advanced SQL skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree beneficial).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer, or a related role.
- Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
- Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing and sales analytics (media and attribution experience a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr Data Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
