Full Job Description
The Role
The Sr. Data Analyst will be a foundational member of the newly formed Customer Analytics team within Client Success. This role will turn raw customer data into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and operational improvements across CCC's client base. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills with strong business acumen and a passion for customer-centric storytelling through data.

This role is critical to building a scalable Client Analytics function that helps CCC's Client Success organization move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led client partnership. The analyst will help identify client trends, adoption opportunities, reporting gaps, and business risks, then translate those findings into clear recommendations that support retention, growth, and stronger client outcomes.

Salary range is:
$$84,724 - $120,000.00
This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Insight development to improve customer performance and Connect analytics outputs to measurable outcomes such as product adoption, expansion opportunity, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports tracking customer health metrics, adoption, churn risk, and engagement
  • Own core dashboards and repeatable analytics and reporting deliverables
  • Contributes measurable improvements in reporting efficiency, client insight quality, and adoption analytics
  • Cross-functional partnership with Client Success leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Advanced analytics: regression, clustering, predictive modeling for customer behavior forecasting
  • Data governance and quality monitoring
  • Stakeholder communication - translating complex findings into clear narratives
  • Process improvement and analytics workflow automation


Requirements:
  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data analyst roles (ideally supporting Customer Success or customer-facing functions)
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Statistical analysis foundation (regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis)
  • Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field


Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance or insurtech industry experience
  • Modern data stack tools (dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • Predictive/prescriptive analytics and AI/ML-assisted analysis exposure
  • Experience building customer health scores, churn models, or adoption analytics
  • CRM platform familiarity (e.g., Salesforce)
  • AI literacy including prompt engineering and understanding of agentic AI frameworks
  • Intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality, collaboration, adaptability, business acumen
  • Judgment, communication, and stakeholder translation skills (per Gartner's "questionneer" concept)
