Job Description

This position will manage the configuration and maintenance of Zachry's customer relationship management solution, Salesforce. This role will drive the use and adoption of the Salesforce platform to improve customer intelligence and will serve as the CRM subject-matter expert in the organization. Additionally, this role will manage the collection and communication of data for Zachry's customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee the Salesforce system. Working with a third-party integration provider and key cross functional organization representatives.
  • Collaborate with key organizational functional leaders to identify and gather key data variables for inclusion in the Salesforce solution.
  • Successfully find ways to optimize Salesforce to market effectively to current and potential customers.
  • Be an advocate for the Salesforce platform and contribute to knowledge sharing across Zachry's business units.
  • Lead the governance committee of the Salesforce platform and the communication of any related platform or process changes.
  • Understand and help facilitate role-based access requirements, adhering to a just-right methodology to protect the data of our customers and partners.
  • Organize and hold training sessions on processes for all roles to increase efficiency of usage.
  • Lead efforts in continuous education and support of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, enhancement of data literacy, and assisting in resolving system-related issues.
  • Lead the gathering, structuring, and communication of ESG data.
  • Collaborate with all Zachry stakeholders to ensure the required communication of ESG data to customers is completed efficiently and effectively.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously.
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Must have demonstrated great analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience in collaborating across multiple organizational disciplines including business development, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Must possess strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strength in problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills.
  • Able to operate within a team environment.
