As a Sr. Social Media Creative, you'll craft the words and narratives that bring LEGO campaigns to life for millions of fans across the globe.

Core Responsibilities

As the Sr. Social Media Creative at Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will play an important role within the LEGO in-house agency US creative team, combining hands-on creative thinking and helping us to expand our social first ideas.

  • Work on the identity of social campaigns through impactful, on-brand copywriting.
  • Work with writers and content creators in developing ideas, scripts, headlines, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure storytelling is clear, engaging, and culturally relevant across platforms (digital, social, retail, broadcast).
  • Collaborate with strategists and art directors to build narratives that meet marketing objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Work with project teams to create great conceptual work.
  • Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by creating, adapting and making work on global and local creative platforms and innovation and social media campaigns for the LEGO® Brand.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practices
  • Work and collaborate in direct campaigns at franchise level across the OESP ecosystem
  • Collaborate with strategy early on to ensure clear, strong creative briefs that meet marketing objectives
  • Help the development of ideas from concept to playbook to final execution
  • Be part of production of campaigns and approves vendors + final assets

  • This Lead Professional position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
