Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field; or 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• 5 years of Agile experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is strongly preferred.
• Preferred experience in business case development.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, user personas, and roadmap for features.
• Understand budget parameters and strategic themes for solution direction.
• Analyze customer needs, define features, and establish success criteria.
• Evaluate business impact of solutions and understand trade-offs between needs and costs.
• Manage and prioritize the flow of work through Program Kanban and backlog.
• Facilitate process mapping and gap analysis to assess business implications.
• Communicate success metrics related to performance, time to market, and quality.
