NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Configuration Analyst to ndependently own the configuration for a module or workflow, ensuring accuracy and integrity for Methasoft and/or Smart Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Configure workflows, rule logic, forms, and decision tables
Partner with Client and Product Owners for requirement clarity
Perform configuration testing and validate expected behavior
Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes
Document reusable configuration components

STANDARD EXPECTATIONS:
Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.
Communicate clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
3-6 years with Methasoft and/or Smart EMRs
Strong systems logic
Configuration proficiency
Analytical thinker
Proactive communicator

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [55- 60 W2 hourly range]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
