Oversee the onboarding of new plan sponsor retirement plans and the conversion of existing plans from other providers. Provide customized service and communications throughout the installation process to ensure deliverables are met. Manage relationships with plan sponsors, financial advisors, third party administrators, and associated stakeholders. The senior role is responsible for onboarding mid and large plan sponsors with high employee counts, requiring in-depth retirement plan knowledge and installation process expertise. The salary for this position generally ranges between$84,000 - $94,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 12.5% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company27s discretion.
