Senior Business Transformation Lead

Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain Transformation

As a Business Process Integrator, you will serve as a senior leader within Pella's Business Transformation organization and play a key role in one of the company's largest initiatives. You will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and Field Service transform the operations of Pella's Direct Sales Network (PDSN).

This role combines business strategy, process architecture, change leadership, and technology transformation. You will partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, solution architects, and implementation partners to design and deliver future state business capabilities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, service excellence, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings deep business process expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving large scale enterprise transformation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while influencing critical decisions that shape the future of Pella's operating model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Business Architecture
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to collaboratively shape future value streams (i.e. Lead to Customer, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Value Add to Deliver, Install & Field Service).
  • Lead business process architecture efforts by evaluating current-state operations and designing scalable, efficient, and data-driven future state processes.
  • Conduct detailed gap analyses between current Install & Field Service processes and Microsoft capabilities; document business requirements and recommend optimal configurations or enhancements.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of implementation-including, design, build, test, training, deployment, and hypercare for one or more process lanes.
  • Partner with architects and technical teams to ensure alignment between business vision, system design, and technical execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, organizational impacts, and implementation challenges while driving mitigation plans and executive decision-making.
  • Use data analytics to establish baseline KPI's; utilizing to measure success through the implementation phase
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Install & Field Service, and other domains as assigned

Testing, Readiness, & Change Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and scenarios ensuring business readiness and solution quality
  • Lead integrated testing activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment readiness assessments
  • Design and deliver training strategies that accelerate user adoption and organizational readiness
  • Develop communication plans and executive-level messaging that align stakeholders around objectives
  • Support organizational change management by effectively communicating benefits and impacts of new processes and technology

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprised of business stakeholders, IT professionals, subject matter experts and implementation partners
  • Lead/facilitate small to medium-sized teams, providing direction to internal contributors and external consultants
  • Guide team members toward better outcomes, resolve conflicts quickly, and provide constructive feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading business process transformation, ERP Implementations involving Installation & Field Service or large scale operational improvements
  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise ERP Platforms such as Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain or Infor LN
  • Strong knowledge of business process design, process mapping, requirements management, and change management methodologies.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and/or Field Service.
  • Experience in installation, field service, manufacturing, distribution, construction products, or complex project-based operations.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale transformations exceeding multiple business units or geographic locations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Product Management, or Change Management certifications.
  • Experience working with external implementation partners and system integrators.
