Job Description - Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.
- Defines and develops business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Conducts analysis of business processes including:
- Current state analysis
- Gap analysis
- Benchmarking
- Best practices identification
- Organizational assessment
- Other related tasks
- Plans and implements process improvements including:
- Future state design
- Change management
- Transition planning
- Interfaces with all project areas including:

- Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality.
- Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.
- Works with operating entities to provide continuous process analyses oversight to enforce requirements and meet guidelines.
- May coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements.
- Conducts client interviews.
- May deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
- May perform cost and benefit analysis.

Education - Bachelors and twenty (20) years or more experience; Masters and ten (10) years or more experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Six Sigma Certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Experience - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Experience working in various industries or sectors is beneficial.
Requirements - Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Experience with business modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in using project management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of database concepts and basic querying skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and presenting findings.
