- CPQ: Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ implementations. You understand the nuances of Price Rules, Product Rules, and Quote Line Editor customizations.
- Systemic Thinking: An "Architect's Mindset"-the ability to see how a change in a Service Cloud workflow might impact a Sales Cloud opportunity or a Partner portal view.
