Job SummaryThe primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of travel and expense related applications in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and supports system implementations, upgrades and other projects as assigned.
Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
- Provide training and support to all users of Travel and Expense Systems like Egencia, Concur, and American Express.
- Partner with vendors on the administration, implementation and enhancement of Travel and Expense systems.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot integration issues between Workday, Payroll, Benefits and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with HR Partners across the business to scope out enhancements and improvement projects; develop ad hoc queries and new standard reporting to support business operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical thinker with strong MS Excel; troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Functional knowledge of HR/Benefit/Payroll legal requirements, business processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and customer service skills.
- Project scheduling skills with technical expertise.
