The Role

The Propulsion Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by transforming complex data into actionable insights, interactive visualizations, and intelligent automation solutions. This role combines expertise in business analytics, dashboard development, AI agent creation, and data visualization across Microsoft and Google platforms to drive operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.


The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience designing enterprise reporting solutions, and the ability to leverage artificial intelligence technologies to automate workflows and improve business processes.

What You’ll Do

Business Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Develop data models and analytical frameworks to support business strategy and operational excellence.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable data-driven recommendations.
  • Define, track, and monitor key business performance indicators.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify optimization opportunities and business risks.


Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using: 
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Google Looker Studio
  • Google Analytics
  • Tableau 
  • Create executive-level visualizations that simplify complex business information
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions that automate data refreshes and improve data accessibility.
  • Ensure reporting governance, metric consistency, and data quality standards.


AI Agent Development & Automation

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents using platforms such as:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or digital transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more visualization platforms:
