Job Overview
Leads revenue assurance and operational risk functions for T-Mobile for Business (TFB), identifying and quantifying revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and asset exposure across the B2B portfolio. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Investigations to detect, document, and remediate financial risk. Serves as the primary analytical engine for GRC Pillars 01 and 05 within the TFB Governance framework.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct revenue assurance audits across TFB billing, contracts, and pricing — identify leakage patterns, quantify exposure, and develop remediation recommendations for segment leadership and Finance.
• Perform forensic analysis on escalated revenue and asset risk cases — develop findings, document evidence, and coordinate case disposition with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Investigations.
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to detect billing anomalies, pricing exceptions, and contract compliance gaps across the TFB portfolio; translate findings into actionable reporting for governance leadership.
• Maintain the operational risk inventory, track asset exposure and SLA adherence, and support escalation governance workflows for Pillar 05.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
• Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Required)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to identify patterns of financial anomaly and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders (Preferred)
• Strong documentation discipline — ability to build structured case files and evidence packages suitable for Legal or IA review (Preferred)
• CFE (Part 1 minimum), CIA, or CRMA — or active pursuit of one of these designations (Preferred)
• Experience with T-Mobile billing systems, B2B contract structures, or partner channel operations(Preferred)
• Prior work in fraud investigation, audit, or compliance in a B2B enterprise environment (Preferred)
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and internal audit standards (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $96,700 - $174,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
