Full Job Description
Job Overview Designs and maintains the analytical governance layer for TFB commercial programs, providing attribution modeling, ROI tracking, and program effectiveness validation across the B2B portfolio. Translates commercial data into evidence-based recommendations that improve program spend discipline, hold individuals and teams accountable to measurable outcomes, and support Internal Audit readiness for the TFB GRC function. Job Responsibilities:
  • Build analytical models and business cases to review campaign attribution, lead quality, and program effectiveness - track ROI across TFB programs, attribute results to individuals and teams, conduct post-mortems on investment outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations to eliminate spend on ineffective programs.
  • Design and maintain governance reporting for TFB commercial programs - build dashboards and data products that surface attribution gaps, program performance, and spend efficiency across B2B segments (Government, Enterprise, SEGA, SMB).
  • Partner with segment leads and Finance to validate commercial assumptions, test attribution models against realized outcomes, assess lead quality versus program investment, and quantify the return on individual and team-level sales activity.
  • Support QMS data governance standards - ensure commercial data flows, taxonomy, and reporting inputs are consistent, auditable, and aligned to TFB GRC framework requirements and Internal Audit readiness standards.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
  • 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.):
  • Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
  • Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Required)
  • Telecommunications (Preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience building attribution or ROI models from structured CRM or sales data (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to design business cases, conduct post-mortems, and communicate program effectiveness findings to business leadership (Preferred)
  • Strong data governance instincts - able to design consistent reporting structures and enforce data standards across a team (Preferred)
  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent business analysis certification - or active pursuit (Preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting, GA4, or comparable B2B analytics platforms (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with GRC or audit frameworks (ISO 9001, COSO, or similar) (Preferred)
  • Prior work supporting a governance, compliance, or internal audit function in a sales organization (Preferred)
