All About the Role:The Senior Brand Manager, Food Preservation is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and long-term brand equity across the Food Preservation portfolio for both Frigidaire and Electrolux brands. This role leverages consumer insights, market trends, and business performance data to create compelling brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and enhance brand desirability. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong cross-functional leadership to influence decision-making, align stakeholders, and deliver impactful marketing programs and product launches in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and long-term brand equity across the Food Preservation portfolio.
- Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into compelling brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
- Partner with Product Management, Consumer Insights, Customer Marketing, Consumer Journey, Legal, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of new product launch strategies, ensuring successful market introduction and performance measurement.
- Bring brands to life through consistent and effective marketing communications across consumer touchpoints and distribution channels.
- Analyze business performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing investments and outcomes.
- Drive annual brand plans and operational marketing strategies aligned with category objectives and business growth goals.
- Champion brand stewardship by ensuring all marketing activities strengthen brand equity and maintain alignment with established brand standards.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressively responsible brand marketing, consumer marketing, or product marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and product launch initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer research, business performance metrics, and market data to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience presenting insights, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders.
