Full Job Description
Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Sr. Benefits & Total Rewards Specialist to help shape, administer, and enhance competitive, employee-focused Total Rewards programs. This role serves as a trusted benefits expert, managing health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, open enrollment, employee communications, wellbeing and recognition initiatives, and benefit data audits and reconciliations. The Specialist will partner across the organization to support compliance, resolve employee questions, analyze program trends, and improve processes-making benefits easier to understand and navigate while helping employees feel informed, supported, and valued.

Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hiring range generally between $90,000/year to $111,000/year, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits, retirement plan administration, or Total Rewards.
  • Demonstrated experience administering medical, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
  • Experience coordinating annual open enrollment processes.
  • Experience working with benefit vendors, consultants, recordkeepers, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Pay Range:
$88,037.00 - $132,055.00

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE.
