Minimum Education Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Minimum Experience Zero to three years' experience during law school or as a practicing attorney.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Superior academic record.
Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation.
Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference in Memphis | Employment Litigation law particularly Title VII; employment litigation experience; investigations experience, leave and accommodation law; strong written and verbal communication skills; project management experience; strong judgment and decision-making; attention to detail; collaboration and teamwork; Microsoft Office proficinecy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) | Law Firm employment litigation experience
Pay Transparency: Attorney: Mkt N & Y: $7,521.48 - $15,042.95 /mo | Attorney: Mkt M: $8,649.70 - $17,299.39 /mo Attorney II Mkt N & Y: $9,932.42 - $19,864.85 /mo | Attorney II: Mkt M: $11,422.28 - $22,844.58 /mo
Pay: Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN (preferred), PGH, PA, Plano, TX, Irvine, CA, or DC and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
