Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering or related field required.
• Graduate degree in Food Science or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Product Development/R&D experience in CPG, F&B focus is a bonus.
• Familiarity with the product development process from benchtop to full-scale production.
• Project management experience, especially with stage gate processes, is advantageous.
• Collaborative skills to work cross-functionally across various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Support Innovation and Renovation initiatives in the Wet product lineup.
• Create detailed product briefs in collaboration with R&D and other departments.
• Drive technical learning plans alongside multiple functional teams.
• Utilize tools for concept and prototype creation and assessment.
• Ensure product designs meet quality targets and specifications at launch.
• Lead product development tasks for assigned projects.
• Formulate products adhering to nutritional guidelines and safety standards.
• Ensure R&D input is part of the risk assessment process for innovation projects.
• Validate product performance for new or renovated items.
• Conduct shelf-life validation for projects with new technical foundations.
